We moved to Las Cruces in the spring of 2002. We have lived in many different cities across the southwest and southern part of the country, but we thoroughly enjoy Las Crucesthe people, the culture and the lifestyle. Now we would not want to live anywhere else!
We have both been in healthcare administration prior to becoming real estate professionals. Due to our previous responsibilities, we moved frequently and therefore have significant experience and expertise in buying and selling homes. As a couple, we bring over 25 years of experience in assisting others to purchase and sell their homes. Our goal is to assist you in buying your dream home, selling your home, or helping you to purchase any investment property in Las Cruces.
The qualities we bring to the table:
Over 25 years of combined experience with advanced education in the related areas of finance, technology, marketing, shortsales and foreclosures, investment properties, and new home construction.
10 years of experience living in Las Cruces. Over that time we have gained knowledge of the communities, university, hospitals and other medical facilities, schools, and other features of our unique community.

Have been active in the community in various ways; board member of Boys and Girls Club and the Symphony, participated in March of Dimes 10 Most Wanted, contributor to Salvation Army, Treasurer and board member of Las Cruces Association of Realtors and other organizations.

We have a thorough knowledge of the market, including the present economic conditions and how the local real estate market is affected.
